Mimi Holmstedt co-founded STRAY VYRJE in 1996 and has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney. She has experience from both the private and public sectors and has also served as a deputy judge and as acting chair of a County Social Welfare Board. Mimi has advised municipalities, organisations, businesses and private individuals on legal matters, legal assessments and dispute resolution across a broad range of areas of law.

Mimi has extensive experience in family, inheritance and probate law, copyright and trademark law, as well as civil procedure and legal analysis. She also assists with the assessment of complex legal issues and has worked extensively with legal matters relating to child welfare law for many years.

Mimi was editor of the document collection Barnevern 2018–2020 and, since 2016, has written the legal commentaries in Gyldendal Rettsdata on the chapters of the Norwegian Copyright Act concerning special measures in cases of infringement of copyright, etc. on the internet, and miscellaneous provisions.
