Arve has experience as a lawyer since 1986. As a partner in Stray Vyrje, he represents both corporate and private parties, municipalities, state-owned organisations and trade unions. Arve is known to be one of Norway's most accomplished experts in the field of labour law. Arve has particular experience with individual and collective labour law including restructuring processes and notification cases. Arve is co-author of a number of books on labor law, including “Arbeidsrett” (“Labour law”) 10th edition 2017 and “Arbeidslivets spilleregler” (“The rules of working life”) 5th edition 2020.
